By enrolling on its courses the ETTC requires all its students to respect the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 particularly a) and b) above, by never attempting to diagnose or make any claim of diagnosis nor purport to embrace diagnostic skills using thermal images unless they are a qualified, registered Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) or overseas recognised equivalent (DVM).

A deposit of 50% of the course fee is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 1 month before the course start date.

The ETTC may cancel the Course at any time up to 7 days prior to the Course Date. If cancelled then all Course Fees paid by the student will be refunded to them or transferred to an alternative date.  If the student cancels up to 1 month before the Course start date 50% of the deposit is refundable.
